Systems · AI · Design · Training

Systems that take over the repetitive work.

I build custom software and put AI where it actually shortens a process. Plus the full visual layer of a brand, and training that leaves your team able to run it without me.

Services

Four areas, one line of accountability.

Nothing gets handed between subcontractors. Architecture, code, visual layer and team rollout are one continuous piece of work.

Core practice

Systems and software

Web apps, internal tools and integrations written for a specific process rather than a template.

6,000–20,000 PLNnet / project

The range depends on the scope of the system and the number of integrations. I quote properly after the conversation and the process map.

  • Web apps and internal dashboards
  • Integration with the systems you already run
  • Automated data and document flow
  • Maintenance and development after launch

AI in your processes

AI goes where it shortens a concrete step. I start from the process, not the model.

5,000–12,000 PLNnet / rollout

It depends on how many stages of the process the rollout covers and how many tools it has to connect.

  • Process audit for automation potential
  • Assistants and agents on your internal knowledge
  • Document processing and classification
  • Measured outcome: time, cost, quality

Brand identity and social media

The whole visual layer: logotype, layouts, and running the profiles with reusable templates.

600–4,000 PLNnet / project

From a single logotype to a full identity with post templates and print materials.

  • Logotype and identity system
  • Website and collateral layouts
  • Facebook, Instagram — graphics and templates
  • Print materials and presentations

ICT and AI training

On-site and online. Sessions run on the tools your team actually uses day to day.

120–220 PLNnet / hour

Group and one-to-one sessions. The rate depends on the scope of the programme and the format.

  • On-site — at your office or a venue
  • Online — group and one-to-one
  • Programme matched to the group's level
  • Materials and follow-up support

How I work

Process first. Tooling second.

Most rollouts don't fall over on technology — they fall over because nobody checked how the work actually happens. So I start with a conversation and a process map, and pick tools after that.

  1. 01

    Conversation and process map

We work out what really eats time and what can be cut. I don't quote without this step.

  2. 02

    Prototype

The shortest version that proves the solution works — before the full system exists.

  3. 03

    Rollout

Build, testing, production launch and data migration.

  4. 04

    The team

Training on the finished tool plus materials, so using it doesn't depend on me.
